Company and Job Overview
As one of the world's fastest growing end-to-end data centre providers and solutions located strategically in KL with presence across Singapore, the United Kingdom, Germany and APAC region. 

Job Responsibilities

• Handle corporate governance, licensing, and regulatory matters, including liaising with regulatory authorities.

• Provide legal advice and support for transactions, projects, and operations, including negotiating various contracts (construction, financing, customer/vendor).

• Manage dispute resolutions or investigations as they arise.

• Instruct and manage external counsels on various legal matters.

• Handle any other assigned matters from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law and Malaysia Law qualified

• Has at least 10 years of related working experience in a law firm and/or in-house with preference in the data centre industry.

• Strong background in corporate and commercial matters, including project financing and construction.

• Experience in liaising with Malaysian regulatory authorities, which is advantageous. 

• Willing to travel from time to time.
