Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for the designated country and business unit. 

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth

• Marketing Activities & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to support sales objectives

• Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and utilization of sales data to inform decision-making and strategy

• Reseller Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with resellers to maximize sales opportunities

• New Business Unit Development: Identify and develop new business units to expand market presence and drive growth.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. 

• At least 8 years of experience in sales within consumer electronic/ manufacturing industry

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience in managing resellers and achieving KPIs.
