Job Responsibilities
- Performing desktop research on companies & industries by utilizing publicly available and internal resources.
- Translating documents and assisting investment professionals in communicating with local management teams & industry experts.
- Gathering insights on investment opportunities and portfolio companies. Taking detailed and meticulous notes will be a critical part of the role.
- Conducting primary reference call interviews with industry experts, former company executives, competitors, and supply chain participants.
- Communicating with the third-party vendors to select industry experts and setup reference calls/meetings.
Job Requirements
- Advanced Korean (TOPIK Level 5 or higher) OR Advanced Japanese (N1)
- Advanced English (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).
- Highly organized, diligent and personable. Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Excel.
- A deep interest in the stock market and a strong desire to learn about investing
