業務内容

• コーポレート・バンキングのトランザクションのオリジネーション、エクセキューション（状況に応じて各事業部と連携し、投資銀行のトランザクションを担当することもあります）
• 担当顧客の収益目標の達成
• 銀行の枠組み内の資本やリソースの最適な活用の提案
• 顧客の信用リスクのモニタリング、内部管理
• 日本のプロダクト・パートナーや海外のジャパンデスクと緊密に連携してオリジネーション・エクセキューションを進めること

Global Corporate Bank looking to hire a mid-senior banker for their local large corporate team. Unique opportunity to join top-tier player in a leadership role.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Originate and execute corporate banking transactions primarily and investment
• banking transactions opportunistically in collaboration with Business Lines
• Realize revenue target of clients in portfolio
• Propose optimal usage of capital and resources in the framework of the bank
• Monitor credit risk on clients in portfolio and conduct internal control
• Work in close contact with product partner locally and Japan Desks across the bank's network to originate and execute business with clients

必須条件

• 金融業界経験10年以上
• 顧客として日本の大手企業を担当した経験5年以上
• コーポレートバンキングのプロダクト知識

優遇条件

• 外資系の銀行での経験があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケ―ション能力、プレゼン能力

Required skills

• At least 10 years in the banking industry
• Over 5 years of experience in dealing with Japanese large corporate clients
• Broad knowledge of corporate banking products
