As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you'll audit labeling processes, ensure accuracy, and support team improvements. This role requires bilingual skills and collaboration with global teams while reviewing sensitive content.

Description

• Conduct daily audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Identify errors and trends, providing constructive feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with BPO teams and trainers to enhance quality standards
• Assist in onboarding new hires, helping them meet performance goals
• Address quality-related inquiries and provide policy clarification
• Work closely with Safety Specialists to refine workflows and processes
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail while reviewing sensitive content
• Communicate effectively with both Japanese and international teams
