Responsibilities:

• Lead the OPEX team to implement Kaizen workshops and productivity improvements
• Develop strategic action and training plans aligned with APAC strategies
• Create and manage frequently used Kaizen tools and practices, such as A3, Daily Management, and 5S
• Participate in complex projects, including ERP upgrades, as a Kaizen or project management expert
• Track and enhance visibility of supply chain productivity and performance metrics
• Align Japan operations with APAC and global processes and policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Lean Kaizen and project management
• Proven experience in end-to-end supply chain roles, including customer service, warehouse/logistics, and planning
• Team management and organisational skills with the ability to develop and implement practical strategies
• Professional level Japanese and English
