Bilingual Infrastructure Engineer

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for network and server operation, maintenance, and monitoring, along with providing technical support for PCs. Your assigned projects will depend on your experience and the timing of your joining. Many employees work on long-term operational projects for large companies, while others are engaged in data center relocation or technical support for hardware manufacturers. Depending on your experience, there are opportunities to take on more advanced tasks such as network and server design and construction, enabling career growth.

• Operate and maintain SaaS-based monitoring and backup services
• Perform maintenance and operation of Windows servers
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of financial institution accounting systems, including job creation using JP1/AJS
• Monitor and manage government agency network systems using tools such as Zabbix and Nagios

• Minimum of one year of experience in one of the following areas:
• Network or server operation, maintenance, or monitoring
• Development experience (excluding tester or programmer-only roles)
• Help desk support, including first response
• Technical support experience
