業務内容

• シンジケートローンに関わる投資家とのやりとり、ディール組成、ディストリビューション
• 引受分析、各種文書の作成、ディールののエクセキューション（様々なセクター）
• コンプライアンスの確保（法規制により定めのある報告書や社内文書の作成・提出など）
• 社内チームや社外の関係者と協働しシンジケーション業務の効率化に努めること
• 日本におけるシンジケートローン・ビジネスの成長を促進するための市場戦略の策定・分析

Global Bank looking to hire outstanding syndication banker in Tokyo Branch in order to expand local origination and execution. Unique opportunity to join a top player.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage loan syndication activities, including communication with investors, deal structuring, and distribution.
• Conduct underwriting analysis, prepare syndication documents, and execute transactions across key sectors.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing and submitting required reports and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline syndication operations.
• Develop market strategies and conduct analysis to support syndication business growth in Japan.

必須条件

• シンジケーション、デット・ディストリビューションの実務経験
• バリュエーションの知識・経験

優遇条件

• 外資系銀行、またはメガバンク出身者歓迎
