Role: Design Engineer

Location: Neemrana

Role and Responsibilities:

• Product and Technology Development: Drive the creation of new products and technologies through experimentation, design, and testing.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and market trends.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to discuss and refine product concepts.
• International Collaboration: Work closely with Japanese staff to develop new parts and win orders.
• Customer and Supplier Meetings: Gather information and align specifications through meetings with customers and suppliers.
• 3D CAD Modelling and Analysis: Utilize tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for modelling, drawing, and strength analysis.

Required Skills:

• 3D CAD Proficiency: Expertise in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Automotive R&D/Design Experience: Proven experience in research and development or design of automotive parts.
• Background in Vibration Engineering or Physics: Strong knowledge in these areas.
• Fluent English: Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
