Our client specializes in Household Manufacturing

Position:    GM
Salary:       Max 150,000THB/ monthly (depends on skill and experience)
Location:   Samut Prakarn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage office and engineering team members.

• Train team members to produce high-quality product efficiently, achieving a production target per day.

• Report to the Regional Head Office and Japan Office on operational performance.

• Manage Profit and Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (B/S) and report financial status to regional and headquarter offices.

• Conduct internal meetings.

• Work hands-on and alongside the team on-site to ensure smooth operations and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.

• Proven experience in a manufacturing management role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent training and mentoring abilities.

• Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

• Good command in Japanese and English, with excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work hands-on and lead by example on the manufacturing floor.
