Position:                                  Finance & Accounting Supervisor

Salary:                                     40,000 – 50,000 THB / month 

Welfares:                                 Bonus and others benefit                    

Location:                                 Chonburi

Working Day:                          Monday to Friday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a team for daily accounting operations including accounting AP, AR, GL, and Taxation

• Prepare Petty cash on hand /monthly/daily and maintain cash controls

• Booking for payment transactions (PV)

• Review payment transactions and coordinate with the bank

• Review finance transactions and payment voucher

• Bank reconcile report with Bank Statement

• Balance sheet reconciliation report monthly

• Support for Month-end and Year-end closing processes.

• Prepare for cash forecast and conduct detailed support business decisions.

• Develop and enforce internal control to improve operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with the accounting standard and accuracy in the financial report

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Finance or related field.

•  Minimum of 5 years experience in Finance and Accounting.

•  Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems (AS400, Dynamics 365)

•  Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills.

•  Good knowledge of Thai Accounting Standard
