System operations of key applications

Global Platform ERP: Lead optimization and troubleshooting and ensure stable system operation.

Support 3PL related operations: Promote efficiency of logistics operations.

Data integration support for BI/Report: Support users to analyze data and create reports.

Facilitate communication within the Japan office, with IT at the Asia office, and with IT at the headquarters

Support for internal support in Japan: Cooperate with IT team and users in each department to provide operational support for systems other than those mentioned above.

Collaboration with HQ IT and APAC IT team: System operation and management including trouble shooting and escalation

Global system implementation project: Participate as a member and lead project progress management

Improvement of user environment and internal IT literacy

Implementation of ERP improvement requests: Lead system enhancements based on local user requests and points to be improved

Design and execution of user training programs

Documentation and maintenance of user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures

(Required) Japanese communication skills, business level English conversation skills

(Preferred condition) Experience in Information System (IT) department

(Preferred condition) Experience and understanding of retail business

(Preferable condition) Experience in database engineering, application support, or other technical support

(Preferred condition) Experience and in-depth knowledge of CEGID's Orli and SAPBO related work
