✔ 5+ years' experience in product management (Medical Devices or Digital Health preferred)
✔ Strong IT & system sales knowledge in healthcare
✔ Proven strategic planning, data analysis & project management skills
✔ Strong communication & stakeholder engagement abilities
✔ Japanese (native level) & Business English proficiency
