Description

• Oversee, review, and adhere to the budgets for each business department.
• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
• Ensure that all of the company's financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation.
• Analyze the financial climate and market trends to assist senior executives in creating strategic plans for the future.
• Monitor, track, and manage the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Update and implement financial policies and procedures.

Skills needed for the Finance Manager:

• Over 3 years of finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.
• Proficiency in Japanese (professional or native level) and good English (written and spoken).
• Experience with SAP, Business One is a big plus.
• Strong familiarity with financial planning, reporting, and contract management.
• Experience in managing external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and implement new systems.
