A global medical equipment manufacturer is looking for a Global Head - IT Finance Business Partner. The selected candidate will drive financial strategy alignment between Finance and IT, deliver actionable financial insights, and oversee IT budgeting and governance. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of 3 IT Finance Business Partners
• Align IT and Finance strategies with global business initiatives
• Provide actionable insights to improve financial performance
• Deliver timely analysis to measure business performance and identify risks and opportunities
• Support planning, forecasting, and investment decision-making processes
• Ensure visibility of cost drivers across RTB and CTB activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 10 years of experience (including managerial role)
• Experience within IT or technology functions
• Possess valid CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• Knowledge of the application of Change/Run-the business drivers and impacts
• Business level Japanese and English

• 財務パフォーマンス改善のための主要なリスクと機会を特定
• 中長期的な計画、予測、投資の意思決定、分析をサポートし、事業の戦略目標に沿った正確で達成可能な計画や予測を作成
• 事業継続（RTB）と事業変更（CTB）の間のコストドライバーの意味のある分析と理解が適切に実施され、組織全体を可視化
• IT予算管理に関するガバナンスを導入し、ビジネスユニット、機能、地域間でのコスト配分とオーナーシップを確立
• グローバル最高情報責任者（CIO）およびそのリーダーシップチームと連携し、意思決定の重要な要素である財務管理に関する理解を深める
• コアプロセスの効率化と成果物の合理化について、ソートリーダーシップとガイダンスを提供

応募要件:

• 大卒
• 職務経験（管理職としての実績があることを含む）10年以上
• CPAまたは同等の会計専門資格
• ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力
