Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reporting for management review
• Analyse and evaluate the company's operating results and financial position
• Identify opportunities to improve expenses and business execution
• Plan, develop, prepare and maintain company budgets
• Develop cash flow projections, sales projections, capital and expense projections
• Collaborate with local and global teams to provide financial insights and support cross-functional initiatives and projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above (accounting, finance, economics, or business administration is preferred)
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in a globally operated company
• Knowledge of SAP (BW or BI analytic environment is desirable)
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Big Data analytics)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; business level written and verbal English
