As the first communications leader in Japan, you will have autonomy to shape and execute integrated communication strategy for Japan. Including external communications, internal communications, crisis communications, leadership communications and change management.

Description

• Develop and implement strategic internal and external communications plans.
• Manage crisis communication, ensuring swift and clear communication under any circumstances.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and optimize branding campaigns.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into communications strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws in all communications.

A successful Corporate Communications Lead should have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate communications and brand communications.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
• Background in Consumer related industry with tangible products.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage crisis communications.
