電気生理学の開発をリードし、チームやAPAC地域と連携して製品イノベーションをサポートしていただきます。

業務内容

• アブレーション、マッピング技術など、電気生理学的技術の専門性向上に取り組むこと
• パルスフィールドアブレーションの専門技術の開発、リージョンのコマーシャルパートナーのサポート
• 国内外の学会や前臨床試験における顧客参加プログラム支援
• EP製品を発展させるための学術機関との共同研究の促進
• 関係者とのネットワークを通じて、顧客の声を収集・分析すること
• 現場やKOLとの関わりを通じた競合他社の活動のモニタリング
• 製品開発へのインプットの提供、臨床試験中のグローバル製品開発イニシアチブの支援

Lead electrophysiology development, supporting product innovations, collaborating with teams, and advancing technology in the APAC region.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Enhance expertise in electrophysiology technologies, including ablation and mapping technologies.
• Develop expertise in pulsed field ablation and support regional commercial partners.
• Support customer engagement programs at national/international congresses and preclinical studies.
• Facilitate collaborative research with academic institutions to advance EP products.
• Collect and analyze voice-of-customer feedback through networking with stakeholders.
• Monitor competitive activities by engaging with the field and KOLs.
• Provide input for product development and support global product development initiatives during trials.

必須条件

• 工学系の院卒（PhDなら尚可）
• EP技術の経験3年以上（マッピング＆アブレーションプラットフォーム含む）
• 複雑な組織や部署の垣根を越えて自発的・自律的に動けること

優遇条件

• 日本語及び英語の高度なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き会話）
• データ分析や統計に強い方歓迎
• APAC出張OKの方

Required skills

• Advanced Engineering Degree required; Master's degree minimum, PhD is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience with EP technologies, including mapping and ablation platforms.
• Ability to work independently across complex organizational boundaries.

Preferred skills

• Strong communication skills in Japanese & English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistics is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region.
