We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, account receivables, cash collection, and ensuring that reported results comply with international and local accounting standards.

Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and year end close processes
• Manage Account Receivables and cash collection
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and J GAAP
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
• Maintain a strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models
• Lead and develop an internal team to support finance and business objectives

A successful Accounting Manager should have:

• Proven working experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in English and Japanese
• Experience with creating financial statements and general ledger functions
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
