Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly financial reporting and analyse OPEX and sales variances
• Oversee monthly closing activities, including accruals and audit preparation
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for OPEX and sales
• Collaborate with supply chain, controlling teams, and department managers
• Drive process improvements with a focus on digitalization
• Communicate complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP4 Hana is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Knowledge of financial software and tools (Smartview, Hyperion, etc.)
• Skilled in SAP CO Module
• Proficient in English and Japanese
