• 5+ years experience in Project Management/IT Management of software development projects in a leadership role.
• Hands-on expertise in software development, project delivery, and solution architecture.
• Strong background in vendor management and budget management.
• Experience with .NET, SQL Server, Angular (front-end), and Azure cloud.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English is required.
• (Prefer but not required) Industry experience in payments or digital transactions.
