必須条件

• 日本語能力必須（母国語でない場合、エンドユーザーサポートを全て日本語で行えること）
• VMwareを使用した仮想サーバー構築の実務経験
• バイリンガルITヘルプデスク経験

Required skills

• Must be able to conduct end user support entirely in Japanese
• Hands-on experience with VMware and creating virtual servers
• Proven experience in bilingual IT helpdesk position

業務内容

• 本社・店舗ユーザーのエンドユーザーサポート（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、インフラストラクチャーなど）
• IT資産管理支援（調達から更新、閉鎖までの資産ライフサイクルの監督）
• システムアカウント管理（ユーザーアカウントの作成・削除、設定権限の設定など）
• IT SOPの文書作成支援
• サーバーの仮想化やインフラのアップグレードなどのプロジェクトのサポート

We are partnered with our client to have an experienced IT Support Specialist join their growing team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Provide end user support to corporate and store users, including hardware, software, and infrastructure
• Assist with IT asset management, overseeing asset life-cycle from procurement, renewal, and closure
• System account management, including creation and removal of user accounts and configuring setup privileges
• Support documentation of IT SOP
• Support projects such as server virtualization and infrastructure upgrade
