• 日本の上場企業におけるIR経験5年以上
• 会計原則、及び様々な財務分析手法に関する専門知識
• 日本語・英語が堪能なこと（国内外の投資家・株主と十分にコミュニケーションがとれること）
• とりまとめ・タスクマネジメント能力（納期厳守）

• 日本の上場メーカー・製造業での投資家対応経験があれば尚可
• 上場企業での資金調達の経験歓迎

Required skills

• 5＋ years of experience in investor relations within a listed company in Japan (preferably in the manufacturing industry).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to effectively communicate with both Japanese and foreign investors/shareholders; internal communication is conducted in English as well.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

Preferred skills

• Background in fundraising for publicly traded companies.
• Familiarity with global operations and cross-border communication.

• シニア・リーダーシップと緊密に協力し、すべての投資家向け広報活動の戦略的計画を主導・実行すること
• 投資家ミーティング、ロードショー、イベントの調整・準備（詳細な社内ブリーフィングの提供、記録の作成管理含む）
• 会社の目標・市場要件を踏まえた投資家向けの報告書やプレゼンン、開示資料の作成
• 開示プロセスの監督、ステークホルダーとの正確・タイムリーなコミュニケーション（証券取引所との調整含む）
• 会社の対外的なメッセージの形成について、グローバルファイナンスおよびコミュニケーションチームと連携すること

Seeking a motivated Investor Relations professional to manage domestic and international investors for a rapidly growing, innovative global space enterprise.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic planning for all investor relations activities, collaborating closely with senior leadership.
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and events, providing comprehensive internal briefings and maintaining detailed records.
• Prepare investor reports, presentations, and timely disclosures in alignment with organizational goals and market requirements.
• Oversee disclosure processes, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stakeholders, including stock exchange coordination.
• Partner with global finance and communications teams to shape external messaging for the organization.
• Support departmental goals through collaboration on finance-related initiatives and tasks.
• Develop and mentor team members to foster growth and performance.
