Terra Charge, a highly regarded global EV startup featured in various media outlets, is seeking new team members to support its rapid business expansion.

■What is the EV Charging Infrastructure Business:
This business involves the deployment of chargers to supply power and recharge the batteries of electric vehicles (EVs). We offer a full lineup of three uniquely developed charger types tailored to specific user needs:

• Basic Charging (3kW standard charger): Designed for apartment complexes
• En-route Charging (50-150kW rapid charger): Targeted at municipalities and roadside stations
• Destination Charging (6kW standard charger): For commercial facilities, hotels, and golf courses

EV drivers can conveniently manage the entire charging process, including payment via credit card, using a dedicated smartphone app. For charger site owners, we provide a management dashboard, delivering both hardware and software solutions to enhance usability and convenience.

■Future Business Prospects
With the Japanese government's declaration to achieve 100% EV sales for new vehicles by 2035, the transition from gasoline and diesel vehicles to electric vehicles is expected to accelerate.
At Terra Charge, we aim to install 100,000 EV chargers by 2027 and 200,000 by 2030. Having already expanded into India, Indonesia, and Thailand, we are striving to become the No. 1 EV venture in Asia.

[Job Description]
This is a Senior/Lead backend Developer position with international team members.
* Collaborate with development teams or other organizations to innovate features, manage operations, and fix bugs.
* Lead technical aspects of backend dashboard projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely deliverables.
* Own the quality of the TerraCharge backend system.
* Development of charger control systems using protocols such as OCPP and APIs
* Contributing to organizational development, including mentoring and training team members

• 基礎充電（3kW普通充電器）：マンション向け

「2035年までに新車販売でEV車100%を実現する」と日本政府が発表し、将来ガソリン車、ディーゼル車から、電気自動車(EV)に完全シフトすることが予想されています。

必須スキル：

•  5+ years of Python development experience
•  5+ years of AWS:Lambda/DynamoDB/API Gateway development experience
•  Proven experience in building APIs from scratch
•  Strong understanding of Serverless Architecture and its best practices
•  Proficiency in software design and architecture
•  Led projects including task management, scheduling, and stakeholder collaboration
•  Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
