Job Description: 

•  Deal Sourcing and Execution: conduct industry research, deal sourcing and investment execution for fast growing private companies (Indonesia mainly). The execution process includes due diligence, investment memo preparation, documentation, and reporting to Tokyo HQ.
• Portfolio Management and Value Creation: manage, monitor and work closely with portfolio companies to provide ongoing support incl. facilitating synergies between portfolios / Group businesses.
• Relationship Management: expand his/her professional network in founders and entrepreneur community.
• Any other ad hoc job requires 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, or any related fields from reputable universities.
• Min. 3 years of experience in VC, tech startups, consulting, banking, or any related strategy role.
• Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory 
• Familiar with Japanese work culture will be a plus point 
• A fast learner with an excellent work ethic.
• Passionate in the startup / tech / venture space.
• Able to analyze and evaluate financial reports.
• Able to read and understand investment contracts and agreements.
• Eager to do a thorough research and make a presentation report for prospective investment portfolio.
