Import and Export Supervisor  - Cosmetic Industry

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Supervisor to oversee and manage international shipments, ensure compliance with trade regulations, and coordinate customs documentation. The role involves handling the registration of cosmetic applications, liaising with regulatory authorities, and ensuring smooth clearance of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee import and export operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. 

• Manage the registration process for cosmetic products, including documentation and regulatory submissions. 

• Monitor changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments. 

• Maintain accurate records of registration, licenses, and regulatory approvals. 
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations in the cosmetic industry. 

• Proven experience in handling cosmetic product registration. 

• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
