PR/116765 | Project Manager (BPO: Web Programming)

Key Responsibilities:

• - Oversee staffing duties as the leader of a newly formed department.

• - Working in collaboration with teams in both Thailand and Japan side. 

• - Work closely with the Japan teams and Thai teams to develop and localize operational procedures, create manuals, and conduct training for staff.

• - Manage and oversee the team's work, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement.

• - Initially, the Japan team will transfer the programming component of product to Thailand. The long-term, the client looking to transfer full management of web surveys to Thailand, with the manager responsible for overseeing operations and enhancements.

• - Form the team and establish task procedures and training programs.

• - Manage team operations and projects.

• - Program the web survey system.

Qualifications:

• - Over 8 years of experience in team and project management as a Manager or Senior Supervisor in BPO companies (IT industry).

• - (Prefer) At least 3 years of experience leading the deployment of BPO tasks to in-house teams (internal localization).
