SALARY:                 50,000 – 80,000 THB

Job Summary: The Senior Supply Chain/Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within the retail business. This role ensures efficient logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and delivery, aligning with the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

• Oversee procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products.

• Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

• Implement and maintain supply chain management software and systems.

• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and operational metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in the retail industry.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies is preferred/

• Familiarity with retail business operations and customer service principles.
