Job Description

• Provide consultancy and advisory to clients regarding real estate information, land and house trading.
• Attend sourcing and presenting real estate and property market in Japan to clients.
• Contact and inspect the property with real estate management suppliers in Japan.
• Accommodate client during the transaction process until finished.
• Assist the client during the move-in stage as well as take care of landlord property.
• Manage and plan sales strategy to generate revenue.
• Manage and attend property tradeshow for marketing activity.
• Translate contract and documentation.
• Other assigned tasks.

Qualification

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT: N2 or above will be advantage)
• English proficiency in conversation and ability to read and write an email.
• Experience in sales for 2 years or above in property service or solution service is an advantage.
• Good personality, proactive, service mind with good problem-solving.
• Ability to use primary software such as MS Office, etc.
