Company and Job Overview
Our client is a global leader, operating in the livestock farming industry. We are seeking Field Service Engineers (M&E) to manage installations and various projects within Vietnam and neighboring regions.

Job Responsibilities

• Installation Management: Oversee the installation of incubators and related equipment at client sites.

• Collaboration with Contractors: Work closely with local M&E contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Travel: Frequently travel to various project locations, both domestically and internationally, for installations and training.

• Training and Supervision: Follow and learn from senior/fellow Service Engineer, eventually taking on independent projects.

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after installation.

• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and projects are progressing as planned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in electrical, electronics, or electromechanical engineering. 

• Previous experience in field service and installation, preferably in a related industry.

• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, circuits, and mechanical systems.

• Ability to supervise and coordinate with contractors and other team members.

• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Willingness to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, for project installations and training.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially after the initial training period.

• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

• Willingness to adapt to varying project demands and schedules.
