Position: Manufacturing Department Manager

Reporting Line: Reports to the Production Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee and manage the entire manufacturing department.

• Provide guidance and training to local staff.

• Support Japanese directors in production management.

• Ensure quality control and operational efficiency in the production process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing department.

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from a Japanese university).

• Experience in a specific area such as manufacturing technology, production management, or quality control

BENEFITS

• Annual Salary: $29,000 – $38,000 (Gross)

• Work Location: Hai Phong Province, Vietnam

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM

• Saturday: Work every other week
