The Senior Medical Education Associate designs, coordinates, and executes educational programs, manages customer profiles, budgets, and cross-functional collaborations.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of marketing, sales event coordination, and competitive landscape.
• Knowledge of products, procedures, and key customer groups.
• Advanced understanding of educational program design and curriculum adaptation.
• Strong written and oral communication, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute Medical Education programs.
• Organize in-class and virtual courses, tracking data and program information.
• Support budgeting process, map customer profiles, and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.

必須条件

• 医療機器、またはメディカルエジュケーションの経験2年以上
• 分析力、問題解決能力
• 優れたプレゼンテーション能力、コミュニケーション能力

• MBA preferred.
