業務内容

• 事業目標にマッチしたFP&A、レポーティングのリード
• アカウンティング業務の監督（月次決算、IFRSコンプライアンス対応含む）
• 経営陣と協働し、実用的な洞察を提供し、戦略的成長を推進すること
• 強固な内部管理体制、国内規制や社内ルールへのコンプライアンスの確保
• パフォーマンスの高いファイナンス・チームの育成（部下のキャリア成長をサポートし、オペレーショナル・エクセレンスを達成すること）
• 外部ステークホルダーとのやりとり（外部監査法人、規制当局など）

Seeking a dynamic finance leader to drive strategic financial management and operational excellence for a leading luxury retailer.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage accounting operations, including month-end closings and compliance with international reporting standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide actionable insights and drive strategic growth.
• Ensure robust internal controls and compliance with local and corporate regulations.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance team, focusing on career growth and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.

必須条件

• ファイナンス、会計学、または関連分野の学士号
• 経理財務、会計の関連業務経験10〜12年以上
• 財務規制や日本市場の力学に精通していること
• 強力なリーダーシップ・スキル、及び大規模チームのマネジメント経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力
• 厳しい納期を守れるタスク管理能力

• 院卒（MBAなど）や、会計・財務の専門資格があれば尚可
• IFRS基準やグローバルレポーティング慣行に明るい方歓迎
• 日本語が堪能であれば尚可

Required skills
