業務内容

• チームのマネジメント（部下3〜6名）
• システム、プロセス、アプリケーションのモニタリング
• 2025年のERPローンチを成功させるためのチームのサポート
• 様々な部署との協業
• メンテナンスやトラブルシューティングのオペレーション・サポート
• ソフトウェア統合、技術導入、チーム開発などに関する戦略の策定

Roles/Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-6 subordinates
• Perform system, process, and application monitoring
• Support the team to deliver a successful launch in 2025
• Collaborate with various departments across the organization
• Provide excellent operational support for maintenance and troubleshooting
• Develop strategies for software integration, technology adoption, and team development

必須条件

• 部下のマネジメント経験3年以上
• エンタプライズシステムの知識（導入、最適化、運用支援など）
• ERPソリューションの経験（Oracle、SAP MM、SAP SDなど）

優遇条件

• 日本語・英語ともにビジネスレベル以上なら尚可
• インハウスのITマネジメント経験者歓迎
• 機能チームと技術チームの垣根を越えたコラボレーション能力

• 卓越したコミュニケーション能力

Required skills

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Excellent enterprise system knowledge, incl. implementation, optimization, and operational support
• Experience with ERP Solutions (Oracle, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.)

Preferred skills

• Japanese and English proficiency at business level
• In-House IT management experience (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams
