業務内容

• カスタマーマネジメント：既存顧客と定期的にコンタクトをとって信頼関係を築き、金融・保険商品を提案すること
• イベントやキャンペーンの実施：マーケティング部門と協力して金融商品の販売促進や集客のための車両展示やF&Iキャンペーンを企画すること
• 契約管理：リース・金融・保険契約の満期管理、問い合わせ対応、更新管理
• 営業サポート：車両注文のアシスト、金融商品のプレゼンテーション、ショールーム訪問など個人・法人顧客のニーズに合った営業支援活動
• カスタマーサービスと目標管理：顧客からの問い合わせやクレームへの迅速な対応、販売目標達成のための戦略立案と実行、効率化のためのシステム活用など

Roles/Responsibilities

• Customer Management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular contact, offering financial products and insurance.
• Event and Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing to organize vehicle displays and F&I campaigns to promote financial products and attract customers.
• Contract Management: Oversee the expiration of lease/finance and insurance contracts, handle inquiries, and manage renewals.
• Sales Support: Assist with vehicle orders, present financial products, and support sales through showroom visits to meet individual and corporate client needs.
• Customer Service and Goal Management: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, set and execute strategies for achieving sales goals, and utilize systems for efficiency.
