ECオペレーションマネージャー(英語ネイティブレベル)｜Ecommerce Operation Manager

◆Duties Include
・List products from our ZenPlus cross-border e-commerce mall on trending overseas e-commerce sites.
・Explore potential collaborations with overseas e-commerce sites and malls and negotiate terms.
・Oversee the entire process from product registration to operational management.
・Analyze overseas market trends and competition, and formulate strategic listing plans.
・Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
・Understand customer needs and maintain an appropriate product lineup.

・1+ years of International Sales experience (especially in e-commerce).
・IT knowledge (understanding of e-commerce platform operations and management).
・Business-level Japanese proficiency.
・Project management experience.
・Communication and negotiation skills.
