• Experience in HR Business Partnering with a focus on talent strategy and business support.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, C&B, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication skills in both Japanese (native level) and English (business level).
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and demonstrate strategic problem-solving.
