The Marketing Manager will lead the management of cosmetic/beauty brand, with a focus on duty-free shops at international airports in Japan.

Description

• Manage, guide, and develop marketing team members through appropriate training, coaching, and motivation.
• Implement marketing activities based on existing and new brands and products to achieve sales targets.
• Strengthen relationships with key business partners and stakeholders such as suppliers and operators.
• Plan brand and product-specific marketing strategies for further sales and POS expansion.

• Marketing experience (preferably in FMCG or beauty/brand/luxury industry).
• Sales experience in the consumer goods industry is preferred.
• Management experience (regardless of size).
• NATIVE level Japanese and Business level English.
