Position:                 SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER

Salary:                    60,000 – 90,000 THB / Month

Location:               Bangkok

Job Summary: The Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and technical support of mobile cranes, material handling machines, and aerial work platforms. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile cranes, material handling machines, and aerial work platforms.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.

• Provide technical support and training to customers and end-users.

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing mobile cranes, material handling machines, or aerial work platforms.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
