JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Participate in real estate projects, including market research, due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing support. 
• Ensure governance control aligns with the company’s policies. 
• Report to managers and coordinate with subordinates and other teams for support as needed. 
• Actively collaborate with other departments for Business Development and Asset Management needs. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher. 
• Fluency in Japanese and English (business level). 
• Experience in negotiation, teamwork, and real estate business development. 
• Positive thinking, hard-working, and eager to learn new skills. 
• Open to both male and female candidates.
