• Lead property management and expansion initiatives
• Identify and acquire potential real estate opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations

A successful VP Real Estate should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a leadership role within property management.
• Proven ability to identify and acquire valuable real estate properties.
• Strong understanding of real estate market trends and legal regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and team management skills.
