Description

• Execute strategic supply and operation plans
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and supply chain departments to ensure product availability
• Utilize SAP to forecast and track inventory levels
• Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries
• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement supply chain projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Report on supply chain performance metrics

A successful S&OP Planner should have:

• A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Experience in Supply and Operation Planning in the FMCG industry is a plus
• Proficiency in SAP and other supply chain management software
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
