Description

  • Oversee and manage operational risk incidents, conducting root cause analysis.
  • Assess incident impact, coordinate response measures, and report findings to management.
  • Analyze trends using incident data to improve risk management frameworks.
  • Develop and enhance risk governance policies in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead company-wide risk initiatives within the Effective Control Framework (ECF).
  • Support risk assessments, audits, and compliance tracking across departments.
  • Deliver training on operational risk topics to strengthen risk awareness.
  • Implement digital tools to optimize operational risk management processes.
