Description
- Overseeing daily operations of the retail department within the FMCG industry.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and drive store sales.
- Ensuring the achievement of sales targets and operational goals.
- Leading a team to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and maximizing profitability.
- Implementing visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
