【Job Overview】
We are looking for a Project Manager (PM) to lead and drive system development projects. The PM will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle—from requirements definition, development, and release to operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while demonstrating leadership to ensure project success.
Our projects span a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, life sciences, finance, aviation, logistics, and retail.

【業務内容】
①企画・要件定義
・ビジネス課題の分析および要件定義
・ステークホルダー（経営陣、クライアント、開発チームなど）との調整
・技術的および業務的な観点からのプロジェクト方針の策定

②設計・計画
・プロジェクトのスコープ、スケジュール、リソース計画の策定
・予算の管理とコストコントロール
・チームの編成およびタスクの割り当て

③実行・管理
・プロジェクトの進捗管理および課題・リスク管理
・チームメンバーおよび関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション
・品質管理および開発プロセスの最適化

④評価・改善
・プロジェクトの成果物レビューとリリース管理
・振り返り（レトロスペクティブ）の実施および改善提案
・ナレッジの蓄積・共有およびプロジェクト管理手法の向上

【Responsibilities】
①Planning & Requirements Definition
・Analyze business challenges and define project requirements
・Coordinate with stakeholders (executives, clients, development teams, etc.)
・Develop project strategies from both technical and business perspectives

②Design & Planning
・Define project scope, schedule, and resource allocation
・Manage project budgets and cost control
・Organize teams and assign tasks

③Execution & Management
・Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues
・Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders
・Optimize development processes and ensure quality management

④Evaluation & Improvement
・Review project deliverables and oversee release management
・Conduct retrospectives and propose improvements
・Accumulate and share knowledge to enhance project management practices 

【必須条件】
・ITシステム開発プロジェクトのPM経験（3年以上）
・要件定義からリリースまでの一連の開発プロセスに関する知識と経験
・チームマネジメントおよびステークホルダーとの調整能力
・進捗管理やリスク管理の実務経験
・ネイティブレベルの日本語力

【Requirements】
・3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT system development projects
・Knowledge and hands-on experience in the entire development process from requirements definition to release
・Strong team management and stakeholder coordination skills
・Practical experience in progress tracking and risk management
・Native-level Japanese proficiency
