職務内容

Key responsibility 1 : Daily local support

• Solving, tracking and reporting issues by communicating with Key-users and Global SAP team on the following domains : SAP LE
• Monitoring support SLA and submit management reports regularly

Key responsibility 2 : SAP Release support

• Supporting and coordinating Key-Users' tests and procedure/manual updates during the urgent or regular SAP releases.
• Prepare test data for user test
• Coordination of the non-regression testing
• Support the maintenance of documentation
• Support other team on LE processing

Key responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local

• Following up incident resolution and releases
• Support the business in communicating with Global team
