• Webサイトやアプリケーションのコンセプトデザイン、デザインシステムの定義、魅力的でわかりやすい画面デザインの作成。
• プロジェクトを監督し、クリエイティブなアウトプットを提供する責任を負う。
• デザインリサーチ、ユーザビリティテストの企画・実施
• コンセプト開発からコンセプトに基づいてビジュアルを開発する。
• 他部署のメンバー、クライアントサイドの専門家、オフショアのデザイン・開発チームとのコラボレーション
• ステークホルダーインタビューを含むユーザーリサーチへの参加
• デザイン思考ワークショップやプロトタイピングのサポート、クライアントへの提案
• プロジェクトにおける経験の浅いUXデザイナーの指導、サポート、成果物のレビュー
• Concept design for websites and applications,define design systems, create attractive and easy-to-understand screen designs
• Oversee projects and be responsible for providing creative output.
• Plan and implement design research and usability tests
• Develop visuals based on concepts from concept development.
• Collaborate with members of other departments, client-side experts, and offshore design and development teams
• Participate in user research including stakeholder interviews
• Support design thinking workshops and prototyping, and make proposals to clients
• Mentor, support, and review deliverables for less experienced UX designers on projects

• Webサイト（PC/スマートフォン）のUXデザイン経験5年以上
• デザインガイドラインやデザインシステムの作成経験
• モバイルアプリケーション（iOS、Android）のデザイン経験
• Figma/Keynote/AdobeCCの使用経験
• デザイン意図の言語化とクライアントへのプレゼンテーション
• デジタルプロジェクトの指揮・管理経験
• デザイン（プロダクト、サービス、グラフィック）の学部課程または修士課程を修了していること
• 優遇
• Sketch、Miro、Office365の使用経験
• HTML5、CSS3、JavaScriptなどでのコーディング経験 
• アプリケーション開発におけるエンジニアとの協業経験 
• 英語力 【語学】 ・日本語ネイティブレベル 

日本語 :ネイティブレベルの日本語必須、ビジネスレベルの英語力

• 5+ years of experience in UX design for websites (PC/smartphone)
• Experience creating design guidelines and design systems
• Experience designing mobile applications (iOS, Android)
• Experience using Figma/Keynote/AdobeCC
• Verbalizing design intent and presenting to clients
• Experience leading and managing digital projects
• Completion of an undergraduate or master's course in design (product, service, graphics)
