Our client is an established EMS company, emerging as a market leader in the design and manufacturing of IoT and home automation products. We are now seeking talented individuals with an innovative mindset to join the Production team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a quality team to plan and drive factory quality, efficiency, profitability, meeting on time delivery.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on company QMS and procedures, standards and specifications.
- Assessing customer requirements to ensure meeting the expectations.
- Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
- Investigating and setting standards for product quality.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with standards.
- Writing management and technical report and customers charters.
- Determining training needs.
- Supervising QA/QC technical staff.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering field.
- At lease 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Self-motivated and look for continuous improvement.
- PCBA/Assembly knowledge with high quality expectation.
- Strong in Cost, People Management and interpersonal relationship skills
