Our client is a precision company that provides integrated manufacturing technology solutions for precision parts, assembly products, mechatronics modules and equipment build to a wide range of industries. Its manufacturing plant in Penang is equipped with diverse and specialized machines, facilities and measurement equipment for precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, welding, painting, surface finishing and high-level assembly including cleanroom operations.
Job Descriptions
- Setup and operate CNC machines.
- Setup tools and geometry offsets.
- Read and interpret blueprints properly.
- Inspect parts to verify blueprint requirements prior to first articles.
- Properly transfer, edit and save CNC programs
- Quickly and accurately load and unload machines.
- Follow traveler and quality system procedures.
- Provide input to ensure travelers are updated properly.
- Perform safely run multiple machines.
- Perform test-cut and verify the dimensional quality of the product.
- Responsible for keeping the machines and surrounding areas clean and tidy
Job Requirements
- SPM with working experience in machining house
- Certificate/Diploma in Precision Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; Training will be given
