Description

• Support executive decision-making with project and financial data, improving data quality.
• Build trust and relationships with key leaders.
• Define and optimize tools for large-scale portfolio management.
• Develop and enhance project governance frameworks (processes, templates, documentation).
• Drive organizational change by implementing project management best practices.
• Mentor, guide, and train project managers.
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the company.
